1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and oil the rectangular baking tray.

2. Place 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Then add onion and garlic and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add the meat to the frying pan and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes, knowing that the meat is no longer pink, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and start cooking.

3. Place zucchini slices or zucchini slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 5-8 minutes.

4. Put chicken juice and tomato sauce in a medium-sized pot and heat over low heat. Then add semolina and mix well. Turn off the heat, do not remove the pot, use the remaining temperature to evaporate the water in the pot, about 10 minutes.

5. Pour a thin layer of tomato sauce mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, top with zucchini slices, and then add a portion of the meat. Repeat these layers until you have used up all the ingredients, and finally apply ketchup on the noodles. Adjust the oven temperature to 175 degrees, put it in the baking tray, bake for about 25 minutes, know the bubbles on the edge. Remove the baking sheet and sprinkle with dry cheese.
