Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 1000 grams of turkey meat
  • 1500g tomatoes, diced
  • 800 grams of red kidney beans, cleaned
  • 750g white beans
  • 200 grams of tomato paste
  • 4 cups of corn
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cornflakes (optional)

Method of making chili chowder

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions for 10 minutes until brown. Cut the turkey meat into cubes and saute for 8-10 minutes.
