How to make apple puree for babies

Homemade apple puree is moderately sweet, rich in fiber and vitamin C. Follow our simple step-by-step instructions and you can make nutritious applesauce for your baby step by step.

Step 1: Choose and buy fresh apples

Apple is an important food supplement for babies, because it is sweet and easy to mix and match with other baby foods.
